After kicking arse in the gym this week and tracking all my calories
I had a calorie deficit of over 7000, with 3500 calories in a pound, should mean a loss of 2 lbs.
Today, my weigh in day, I lost ...
Nothing :o(
Oh well back to the gym.

I hate when that happens!!!!!
You know though the scale WILL CATCH UP and shoes your loss. Don't get discouraged.
You know you're doing the right things. Just give the scale time to catch up...it WILL!
I agree with these ladies, next week you might be rewarded with a 3 lbs loss. How has your water intake been? I find that's the biggest key to my success, the fact that I drink about 6-8 cups a day. :)
Looks like a beautiful wedding. Keep doing the right things and the scale will follow.
