- Lose at least 60 lbs (more would be great but aiming for 60) and keep it off for the whole year.
- Keep regularly attending the gym
- Find a new job in a different school
- Blog regularly
- Go to church regularly
- Try to be more patient
- Be a better friend
- Become happier
