Old habits die hard

So today I woke up to a new low on the scale, 13 stone 3 3/4 or 185.8 and in my almost traditional way, I celebrated by scoffing my face with brownies. One day this will get easier.

Yay for the new low- always exciting. Not so much for the self sabotage; why do we do that? It is almost an instinct.

I'm with Robyn and Vanessa on this one... Good work, and I do the same with self sabotage. I sure hope it gets easier one day.

I was long addicted to junk food which caused a lot of extra pounds. I knew that in order to lose weight I had to change my eating habits and lifestyle. I started going to the gym. I must say, it was very hard at the beginning since I was not accustomed to doing any sports from my childhood. I strongly needed some additional force to kick me off the sofa each time. I was thinking of some energy drinks, but finally decided to go the natural way. Moreover, I have found plenty of advices on how to increase your energy and endurance here http://bit.ly/Qh9G8S
Following a number of tips during a month, I have already felt the results! Now I am much more energized in the gym. I’ve started losing my pounds and keep working on healthier nutrition.
